Science Education & Research (IISER) Indian Institute for the academic year beginning in August 2014 Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune and its branches in Thiruvantpuram five-year BS-MS dual degree program has invited applications for admission.
IISER Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India established an autonomous educational institution. It conducts research in frontier areas of science and science education offers undergraduate and graduate level.
Eligibility
Candidates satisfying at least one of the following three criteria five-year BS-MS dual degree program are eligible to apply for admission:
Teen Vaigyanik Incentive Plan (KVPY) Basic Science Stream: SA (2012) / SX (2013) / SB (2013) Ability Students
Joint Entrance Examination (Advanced) 2014: achieve a minimum of 60% marks in Class XII and the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Joint Entrance Examination for admission rank list (Advanced), reached in 2014 a student
State and Central Boards: student of class XII passed in 2013 or appearing in 2014 in the Faculty of Science with:
Top marks as eligibility for fellowships or inspiration DST (http://www.inspire-dst.gov.in) equal to the percentage declared by the cut-off. OBC (Non-creamy layer) / PD category candidates, the DST cut-off is 5% discount. SC / ST candidates the cut-off is 55% in Class XII for all boards
Or
Only on the basis of their performance in class XII board exams under the Stimulus Plan for Higher Education (HE) for eligibility for the scholarship advisory notes
Note: Students applying through the State and the Central Board of channels appear and IISER Aptitude Test will be required to qualify.
